Pricing Notes: All subscription plans are billed monthly and renew automatically on your billing date. Session counts reset on each billing date — unused sessions do not carry over to the following month. Overage sessions are billed at the stated per-session rate at the end of each billing period. The platform subscription fee covers your access to Notary4Notary technology and is separate from any fees you charge your clients for notarization services. RON (Remote Online Notarization) services are subject to authorization requirements in your state — verify your state's current RON laws before conducting remote sessions. Enterprise pricing is per seat per month; each seat includes 150 RON sessions. All prices listed in USD. Taxes, if applicable, are additional. Notary4Notary reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. See our Terms of Service and Notary Platform Terms for full details.
