Pricing Notes: All subscription plans are billed monthly and renew automatically on your billing date. Save 20% with annual billing — equivalent to 2 months free. Session counts reset on each billing date — unused sessions do not carry over to the following month. Additional sessions beyond your monthly allowance can be purchased as top-up packs — no automatic overage charges. The platform subscription fee covers your access to Notary4Notary technology and is separate from any fees you charge your clients for notarization services. Our pricing is built on a simple philosophy: your success is our success. RON (Remote Online Notarization) services are subject to authorization requirements in your state — verify your state's current RON laws before conducting remote sessions. Stripe Identity verification ($1.50/session) and payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are billed directly to your Stripe account and are not included in the subscription price — these are third-party costs passed through at cost. All-inclusive pricing (N4N absorbs all Stripe fees) is available upon request — contact us for a custom quote. All prices listed in USD. Taxes, if applicable, are additional.
