Notary laws, requirements, and Remote Online Notarization (RON) authorization vary significantly by state. Not all states permit RON, and those that do may have specific technology, recordkeeping, and procedural requirements.

It is the responsibility of both the notary and the document signer to ensure that a notarization performed through Notary4Notary meets the requirements of the applicable jurisdiction where the document will be used.

Notary4Notary's platform notaries are responsible for ensuring they hold valid state commission, RON authorization, and all required credentials prior to conducting sessions on the platform.

4. Platform Services Disclaimer

Notary4Notary operates as a technology platform connecting clients with commissioned notaries. We are not a law firm, a title company, or a financial institution. We do not provide escrow services, title insurance, or any service that constitutes the practice of law.

Platform subscription fees paid by notaries cover access to Notary4Notary's technology and are entirely separate from any fees charged to clients for notarial services.

5. Training Courses

Training courses offered through Notary4Notary are educational in nature and are intended to help notaries understand their role, relevant laws, and best practices. Course content does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consulting your state's official notary handbook, applicable statutes, or a licensed attorney.
